Our Mission

Please Hear Me began as my effort to tell what happened to me in my own words. It is becoming something larger: a place where survivors can share their stories, find practical resources, and be treated as people rather than case numbers.

Our mission

To make room for survivor voices, document the obstacles people encounter when seeking safety and justice, and connect readers to organizations that can offer real assistance. The goal is not simply to be heard once. It is to build something that keeps listening.

Our Voices

We intend to feature first-person accounts from survivors who choose to participate. Each story remains the contributor’s own, and nothing will be published without review and explicit permission. We are creating the consent and submission process before inviting sensitive material.

Accountability and care

These pages will distinguish personal testimony from independently confirmed findings, respect the privacy of people mentioned, and avoid publishing unredacted information about children or private individuals. Important evidence and original files should be preserved separately.

What comes next

Over time I hope to feature individual women and their stories, share ways to seek shelter and legal assistance, explain how people and technology helped me find support, and make it easier for someone else to know where to begin.
